Marrying one's sister in law's brother
Question
My brother is married to my uncle's daughter. It's been 9 years already and now they asked for my hand in marriage to my sister in laws brother, is this jaiz?
Answer
If you are happy to marry him it is permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
