How should a girl express to her father that she is ready to get married?

In your opinion, by which means can a girl (soon 20 years old) show to her father her ability to get married, her being responsible?
Answer
The father should realise that his daughter is of age and he should make the attempts to settle her as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if this is not the case of the father, then she should in some way get this message conveyed to the father.
