Consuming halaal in a foreign country

I'm a student in Germany and if you have a background about killing animals in Germany is it halal to buy/eat meat from any German supermarket or restaurant please?
Answer
No, unless the owner is a proper Muslim committed to halaal and haraam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
