My wife wants a percentage of my house in case of divorce

My wife wants a percentage of my house in case of divorce. Do I have to do it, if not how can I tell her nicely no?
Answer
You are not obligated in Shari'ah to give her a percentage of the house in case of divorce.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
