Intention when carrying out Sunnat actions
Question
When performing a sunnah act, does one have to intend to do that act solely because it is sunnah. For example, if one decided to eat less, to follow the sunnah but also hoping to loose weight, is this wrong?
Answer
It is not wrong.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
