President of Musjid committee being involved in haraam
Question
The presidant of a masjid is living with his ex wife after divorce. We feel that this is against the teaching of Islam and therefore detrimental to the image of the masjid. Please advice?
Answer
The committee should speak to him that he either makes taubah and leave her or resign from his position.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
