Is giving divorce a sin?

Is giving a divorce a sin or is it a sin if 3 are given in 1 go?
Answer
When there is a valid need then divorce is not a sin. Divorcing 3 in one go is impermissible though all 3 are valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
