Husband saying 'you are divorcee' while alone
Question
Does saying 'you are divorcee' while alone, constitute talaq.
Answer
If one intended talaaq to one's wife with these words, talaaq will take place even though there were no witnesses present.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
