Marrying a woman who has her first husbands surname
Question
If a woman is getting divorced but her identity documents shows her first husbands surname with her name then if she wants to marry another man, is it permissible? Especially since her name will be with her first husbands surname on the new nikaah form.
Answer
Yes.
