How to acquire self restraint

How to learn self restraint and control your will? Kindly mention several Duas and other methods.
Answer
Everything in this world has a procedure. If you need to fix your cars brakes and gearbox you do not only resort to du`aa. You make du`aa and you also go to a mechanic and his workshop and get your car sorted out. Similarly, you need to go for some spiritual disciplinary training and make du`aa.
