Forgetting to make sajdah-e-sahw
Question
If a person was supposed to make Sajdah Sahw but forgot and made both Salaams, then what should he do? Can he make Sajdah Sahw immediately or should he repeat the Salaah?
Answer
As long as he does not wake up from the place of Salaah nor speak to anyone, he can still make the sajdah-e-sahw and thereafter complete the Salaah in the usual manner.
However, if he wakes up and moves away from the place of Salaah or he speaks to anyone, then the Salaah will have to be repeated as long as the time of the Salaah does not expire. Once the time expires, the Salaah will not have to be repeated.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

(ويسجد للسهو ولو مع سلامه) ناويا ( للقطع ) لأن نية تغيير المشروع لغو ( ما لم يتحول عن القبلة أو يتكلم ) لبطلان التحريمة ولو نسي السهو أو سجدة صلبية أو تلاوية يلزمه ذلك ما دام في المسجد (الدر المختار 2/ 91)

قال الشامي : قوله ( بترك واجب ) أي من واجبات الصلاة الأصلية لا كل واجب إذ لو ترك ترتيب السور لا يلزمه شيء مع كونه واجبا بحر (رد المحتار 2/ 80)
قوله ( وإعادتها بتركه عمدا ) أي ما دام الوقت باقيا وكذا في السهو ان لم يسجد له وإن لم يعدها حتى خرج الوقت تسقط مع النقصان وكراهة التحريم ويكون فاسقا آثما وكذا الحكم في كل صلاة أديت مع كراهة التحريم (حاشية الطحطاوي على مراقي الفلاح ص 247)
