Issuing a second Talaaq
Question
I divorced my wife for the second time. What should I do?
Answer
If you had issued a revocable talaaq, then you can take her back within the iddat period. If you had issued an irrevocable talaaq, then a new nikaah with mutual consent with a separate mahr will be required.
