People coming from Khurasaan with Black Banner for Imam Mahdi's help. What does our Ulema says about this people are they from Taliban or Arabs?

The Hadith explains that they will be people who will uphold the sunnah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
