Paying less for parking due to paying more for parking there previously
Question
If at a toll or at a parking place, extra amount is paid because of not having change or because the remaining amount was not returned to the customer, is it permissible to pay less next time while parking to compensate for the previous extra payment or each deal is a different deal withot any connection?
Answer
Yes.
