Concealing one's sins
Question
I did a certain sin. Now somehow my friend came to know about it. If he asks me whether I committed the sin, how should I reply to him:
1. Cover up the sin
2. Always speak the truth.
Answer
To cover your sin is an obligation, even if you are speaking a lie.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
