Will an unborn child inherit?
Question
A man has two sons and two daughters. He then writes out his final will and testament and later passes away not knowing that his wife is in the early days of pregnancy. The child is born +/- 9 months later. Does this child get a share of inheritance ?
Answer
Yes.
