Touching one's brother's wife with lust

If one's husbands brother touch his brothers wife with lust or the wife touches her husbands brother with lust, does it affect the relationship between the husband and wife?
Answer
Yes, and they both need to make sincere taubah and refrain from each other for this type of disgusting shameful conduct.
