Creating chaos and mischief in war
Question
I want to know what is the Islamic ruling on todays modern day warfare like spying, use of lies through media and social network against the enemy, creating chaos in enemy non-Muslim country, harming other Muslim brothers to gain trust or big position in enemy country acting as spy to help your own Muslim country. What are rulings of cold war between Muslim and non-Muslim country?

Creating chaos and mischief is not the way of Muslims.
