Taking olive oil orally

Is it sunnah to take olive oil orally as it has multiple benefits. Is it the same as applying olive oil on the skin?
Answer
Yes.
Both are beneficial and each has its own benefits.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
