Ruling of eelaa before rukhsati
Question
What is the ruling of eelaa if the husband and wife have done their nikah but rukhsati has not been done yet and is due after more than 4 months and husband and wife have not done any intercourse yet.
Answer
If he takes an oath in the name of Allah then it will be effective.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
