Proof for faskh
Question
What is the proof from Quraan and/or sunnah for the annulment of a marriage by the Islamic authorities?
Answer
This practice was from the time of the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
