What does ghaneemat refer to?
Question
My question is about earning and 'ghaneemat'. I work and earn a salary at the end of each month. Is it 'ghaneemat'? Or ghaneemat is some extra money you got out of no where?
Answer
The word ghaneemat refers to booty (the spoils of war).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
