Status of nikaah if husband says he doesn't like Islam
Question
A friend of mine is married to a person who says that he doesn't like Islam. What is the ruling on their nikaah?
Answer
Their nikaah has terminated.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
