Can a women cut her own hair to come out of ihraam?
Question
Is it permissible that after copmleting umrah, wife can cut her hair to come out of ihraam or only mahram (husband) can cut her hair?
Answer
Both are permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
