Dark cloud and huge waves

I see dark black clouds rising from behind the trees and then suddenly a huge wave of water comes and I recite “subhanallahi wal hamdu lillahi wa la ilaha illallahu wallahu akbar ” and then tell a guy standing next to me to read the kalimah (he says I have read it before) and then I myself read the kalimah as I a thought that this is the end of the world but then that wave come to us but doesn't kill us. Now a bigger wave comes and I don't remember what happens next. The whole feeling was very scary and uneasy. Kindly can you interpret the meaning.
