My question is regarding the Cacau Brazilian Blow Wave – is this allowed for Muslim women?

Adopting the ways of kuffaar and fussaaq is not the way of Muslims. Muslims have got a much higher goal and purpose in life. Running behind these meaningless useless pursuits is forgetting your goal in life and leading you towards stupidity, madness and aimlessness.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
