Inheriting from one's maternal grandparents
Question
Do my daughters inherit anything from my in laws property? Both my in laws passed away and even my husband passed away 8 yeas ago. He has one older brother and 5 sisters.
Answer
If your in laws passed away after your husband then your daughters will not receive anything from their property.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
