Kissing one's topi, musalla and the Quraan Majeed
Question
What is the ruling of kissing your mosque hat (topie) before and after wearing it as well as kissing the musalla after salaah and the Quraan after reading it? When I was in madressah I was told to do so by the Aapas.
Answer
You do not have to kiss the musalla and topi etc. However, kissing the Qur'aan Shareef out of love is permissible and recommended.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
