Muslim woman marrying a non-muslim man
Question
Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to marry a non-muslim man?
Answer
No, it is impermissible. If a Muslim woman performs a nikah with a non-Muslim man, the nikah is invalid in Islam and they will be perpetually living in zina.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

وَلَا تَنكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّىٰ يُؤْمِنَّ وَلَأَمَةٌ مُّؤْمِنَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكَةٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ وَلَا تُنكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَتَّىٰ يُؤْمِنُوا وَلَعَبْدٌ مُّؤْمِنٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكُمْ أُولَـٰئِكَ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَاللَّـهُ يَدْعُو إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيُبَيِّنُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿البقرة: ٢٢١﴾
