Getting permission from neighbours when putting a cell phone tower on one's property
Question
A person want to put up a cell phone tower on a Darul Uloom property or on his own property, do you have to get permission from the neighbors from a Shari point of view? If the neighbors object what is the ruling?
Answer
If it is going to be disturbing them or harming them in any way then he should consult them.
He should avoid putting it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
