Touching one's sister while she is sleeping and masturbating
Question
If someone touched his sister's breasts (she was sleeping at that time) while masturbating. Will this nullify their parents marriage?
Answer
This is a major sin that you have committed. One should sincerely repent to Allah Ta’ala for committing this sin and make a firm resolve that he will never repeat this in the future. However, this will not cause the nikaah of his parents to break.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
