Opening an Instagram account only for females

Is it permissible for a woman to have a private female only Instagram account for Islamic quotes, advises and stories for females?
Answer
It is difficult for us to comment because there is no secret in technology. Any person can access and see what he is supposed to see and what he is not supposed to see.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
