Question

Currently I’m extremely sad and don’t know what to do. Anyways my question is that If you make dua for a dead Muslim girl or boy but he or she has never seen you, but you’ve seen them, can he or she still recognizes you that you made a dua for her or him and does he or she gets happy when you make a dua?

Answer

Like you can recognise people here, you should recognise people in the next realm as well.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Ask Mufti Online

Fatawa SA is an independent, read-only index of fatawa already published by Mufti Online — Madrasah Ta'leemuddeen. It is not a fatwa service. For your own situation, ask the issuing Darul Ifta directly.
