Biwi showhar ku "mujhe talaaq do" kehne par showhar "Chalo tumhe deta hu" jawaab dena

Me apnay shohar se gussay main kaha ke mujhe do talaaq do etc. gussay main thi to mere shohar ne kaha "acha chalo tumhe deta hu". Sirf yahi alfaz kaha mera gussah thanda karny ke liye aur meere baat ko khatam karny ke liye. Ba'd main mene poocha to unho ne kaha meri koi niyat ni thi or mere shohar ne sirf yahi bola k "Chalo tumhe deta hu" wo bhi mery kehne pe ke mujhe do mujhe do. Unho ne talaaq ka lafz ni bola to kiya is se talaaq hui?
Answer
Eik talaaq waaqi ho gayi.
