Vaccines

Presently this has become a controversial issue. There are people who complain after having such vaccines that their health is deteriorating, and there are others that impress on the importance of it. In situations of doubt it is better to be cautious and careful. Until you are not clear I suggest that you do not get into it.

Q: Personally, I feel more inclined to do it. I also believe I may be obligated to have vaccinations soon, as apparently they are necessary for me to do work as a Dental Nurse. Is it haram for me to do this job?

A: Because of the conflicting views on this subject the better thing is to avoid it. If you have to do then in order to guard yourself against the consequence I suggest that you seek Allah Ta`ala's pardon.
