Zabaani talaaq ke ba'd tahreeri talaaq bhejna
Question
Mere husband nay mujhy 2014 me zubani aik talaq di, uska koi tehriri saboot nahi tha, phir rujoo hogaya. Phir 2017 me aik notice bheja jis pe first notice likhwa tha, phir rujoo hogaya. Phir 2019 me aik notice bheja jis pe talaq dome likha tha. Hum samjhay ke 3 hogae, magar ab wo kehta hain ke abi 2 talaq hoi han kyun ke meiny mufti or wakely se mashwara kar ke pehle notice bheja tha us talaq ka tehriri saboot jo ke zubani di the, kyun ke agar mein ny us notice me ye nahi likha ke aik zubani di ha ab ye bhej raha hon, ab kitni talaaq hui?
Answer
Do hee talaaq huwi agar uska iraadah sirf pehla talaaq ki khabar deni thi.
