Virtue of Passing Away in Ramadhaan
Question
Is there any virtue reported in the Hadith for passing away during the month of Ramadhaan?
Answer
It is reported in the Hadith that the one who passes away during the month of Ramadhaan will be admitted directly into Jannah. Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood (radhiyallahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said:
The one who passes away before the completion of Ramadhaan will enter Jannah, and the one who passes away on the Day of Arafah, before its termination, will enter Jannah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
