Kiya najaaiz ta'alluq rakhne se nikaah toot jata he?
Question
Agar koi shadishuda aurat kisi ghair mard se na jaiz ta'alluq qaim kare to kiya us ka nikaah toot jata he?
Answer
Nikaah nahi toota he, lekin ye bohat bara sangeen ghunaa he. Us ko chahiye ke us ajnabi mard se fowran alag hojaawe aur Allah Ta’ala se tawba kare.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
