Does touching the private part break wudhu?
Question
1. Does touching your private part directly break your wudhu?
2. Does touching your private part through your clothing break your wudhu?
Answer
1. It does not break the wudu.
2. As above.

قال ابو حنيفة رحمه الله: من مس فرجه وهو متوضئ لم ينتقض وضوؤه (الحجة على أهل المدينة 1/59)
المس الناقض ومس الذكر لا ينقض ولا لمس المرأة إلا في المباشرة الفاحشة (تحفة الملوك صــ 31)
(ومس ذكر) أي مسه لا ينقض الوضوء وهو معطوف على غير الناقض (تبيين الحقائق 1/12)
