Issuing three talaaqs while intoxicated
Question
What is the status of a persons marriage if he gives his wife 3 talaqs whilst intoxicated? Does it change if he was forced or unknowingly became intoxicated? Is the consensus amongst all imaams?
Answer
The talaaqs are valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
