Making a wasiyyat regarding who should attend one's funeral
Question
Can a person make a wasiyyat as to whom should be at the funeral or who should be at the deathbed and who not?
Answer
He does not have the right to say this. Every Muslim has the right to attend the funeral. This is a Christian and kuffaar way and has nothing to do with Islam. It is totally alien to Islam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
