Question
If a man has two wives. One wife has 1 son and 1 daughter and the second wife has no children. Then the husband and two wives passed away. Pehle biwi ka hissa to us ke bacho ko mil gaya he. Seconf wifeka 1/8 property ka hissa kon lega? Doosri biwi ke ma aur baap dono zinda he aur 3 bhai bhi he.
Answer
Doosri biwi ke maa baap uska hissa milega. Uska hissa 6 hisse me taqseem ki jaayegi. Maa ko 1 hissa milega aur baap ko 5 hisse milega.
