Muraaqabah and zikr-e-qalbi
Question
I just wanted to know how we do the following things:
1. Muraqabah
2. Zikr e Qalbi.
(I am new to these sufi practices so I don't know that much)

If you have a shaikh then you should refer to him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
