Travelling safar distance without knowing how long one will remain at one's destination
Question
My brother traveled safar distance and when he reached his destination he had no niyyat of how many days he will stay in that place. Will he be a musaafir?
Answer
He will be a musaafir.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
