Inheritance
Question
If a woman passes away and leaves behind her son, her mother and brothers and sisters but no husband and father. Who will inherit and how will the shares be divided?
Answer
Her mother will receive 1/6 (one-sixth) of her estate and the remainder will go to her son.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
