Marrying a girl without the permission of her father
Question
I am going to marry a girl with the permission of my family members and not with the girl's family. Can I perform the nikaah again infront of her family members afterwards?
Answer
If the girls father did not give permission for the nikaah and you are not an equal kuf to the girl, then the nikaah will not be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
