Passing Wind Whilst Making Wudhu
Question
If I make wudhu and whilst I am making wudhu I break wind, do I have to start with the wudhu again, though I never had wudhu because I never completed the wudhu?
Answer
You will have to start your wudhu again.

شروط صحة الوضوء ... عموم البشرة بالماء الطهور وانقطاع ما ينافيه من حيض ونفاس وحدث وزوال ما يمنع وصول الماء إلى الجسد كشمع وشحم (نور الإيضاح صــ 21)
(وشرط صحته) أي الوضوء (ثلاثة) ... الثاني (انقطاع ما ينافيه من حيض ونفاس) لتمام العادة (و) انقطاع (حدث) حال التوضؤ لأنه بظهور بول وسيلان ناقض لا يصح الوضوء (مراقي الفلاح صـ 61)
