Zameen ke ooper zakaat
Question
Me ne January 2018 me ek plot investment ki niyyat se khareeda tha jis ki price 450,000 he. Is ke ilawa mera ek plot instalments pe he. Is ki actual price 310 000 he jis me se 225 000 pay ker chuka he aur 85 000 baqi he.
Ab kiya mujhe zakaat dono plots pay deni hogi ya sirf ek plot pe jis ki cash payment ho chuki he?
Answer
Plot ke oopar zakaat to hota nahi chaahe payment ho gayi ho ya na huwi.
