Marrying a girl while she is in haidh
Question
Is it permissible in Islam to file the nikaah while the bride is in her menses (haidh)? Is nikaah jaiz for the girl in the days of her menses (haidh)?
Answer
If you mean by 'file' conducting the nikaah then it is valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
