Biwi ki ghair moujoodgi me talaaq dena
Question
Mera shohar kehta he ke us ne talaaq dene ki niyyat ki aur phir talaaq de di lekin wo mere saamne nahi di, meri ghair moujoodgi me huwa to kiya mujhe talaaq hogi?
Agar dobara hum sulah karna chahte he to is ka kiya tareeqa he?
Answer
Talaaq ho gayi.
Agar ayk hee talaaq diya to woh isee waqt rujoo kar sakta he. Nikaah ki tajdeed ki dharoorat nahi.
